DMA is about 4 times faster in contacting your insured and twice as fast to send the report as "industry average". Greater speed translates into greater customer satisfaction with the claims process, which in turn improves renewal rates.
The bar graphs on the left show "industry average" contact and report time using Xactanalysis metrics February 2009 - January 2010, based on thousands of claims assigned to independent adjusters. The DMA bar graph is based on close to 2,000 claims assigned via Xactanalysis during the same time period.
