Prompt service and immediate contact at time of assignment are an essential part of our service. If a file can possibly be closed within a few days after assignment it will be. A closed file is our final product; and the faster the better.
You can expect timely reporting from our company. On liability claims we deliver a 24-hour acknowledgement and a fully captioned preliminary report within 15 days. On Property claims DMA is consistently about twice as fast to deliver a report and estimate as the industry average; we will deliver this to you within 7 to 10 days, and can accommodate more aggressive reporting requirements. Status reports are sent every 30 days, or as needed to meet your individual requirements.
