DMA
Claims Services was founded in 1979 in Los Angeles,
CA. Since that time the company has grown to become
the largest independent adjusting firm in California
with 20 offices throughout the state. Beyond the Golden
State, DMA has established offices in Arizona (2),
Colorado (1), Connecticut (1), Florida (14), Georgia
(1), Idaho (1), Illinois (1), Louisiana (2), Massachusetts
(1), Michigan (1), Montana (1), Nevada (2), New Jersey
(2), New Mexico (1), New York (1), Oregon (4), Rhode
Island (1), South Carolina (2), Tennessee (1), Texas
(2) and Washington (3). More than 500 staff are employed
to serve your claim needs.
In
the 1990s DMA Established its Claims Administration
division, and this has grown to become the largest
Private Passenger Auto TPA in the United States servicing
insurance carriers. This division also specializes
in the handling of Property programs and Commercial
programs including Trucking and Cargo. It administrates
claims for self-insured companies and public entities.
Claims are administrated nationwide out of regional
centers in Los Angeles, New York, and Battle Creek,
Michigan.
In
July 2006 DMA acquired Insurance Servicing and Adjusting
Company (ISAC), headquartered in Forth Lauderdale
and with branches throughout the Southeast. The acquisition
enhanced the company’s presence as a Property
TPA, an Independent Adjusting recourse in the Southeast
and as a Catastrophe claims service provider.
The
company was founded by David Morse, and operated as
David Morse & Associates through October 2006.
It was recently renamed DMA Claims Services to better
describe its increased scope of operations.
